A private training session suitable for most people. 

Each session is tailored to your body’s needs, but it will typically include:

a Reformer and/or Mat routine (possibly with the use of Barrels, Hand Weights and Magic Circle), followed by exercises on other apparatus (Cadillac, Wunda Chair, High Chair, Baby Armchair, High-Back Chair Pedipole, Guillotine, Ladder Barrel) chosen specifically to support, strengthen and/or challenge your body.

It will end with a couple of exercises for you to take home. You get 100% of your coach’s attention, verbal cues and tactile feedback.

The session will leave you feeling stronger and refreshed.

Duet

A training session suitable for most people. 

Exercising with a family member or friend can be a great way to keep you motivated. Duets are also more affordable.

The format of a duet session is similar to that of a private, but you will be sharing your coach’s attention, verbal cues and tactile feedback with someone whose needs are likely to be different than yours, so you have to be happy to share!

Please also note that some exercises and apparatus (Reformer, Pedipole, High-Back Chair, Guillotine) are not available for duets because they require 1:1 spotting.

Intro packages are a one-time only offer available to new clients only. Four sessions must be scheduled over a maximum of four consecutive weeks.

Monthly memberships can be paused for up to 1 month every year. One week’s worth of sessions can be carried over to the next month at any time:
